Spring Parade of Homes in Wilmington
At the end of April, Legacy Homes by Bill Clark will participate in the 35th annual Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association Parade of Homes. Guests are invited to tour each of Bill Clark’s three featured homes during the two-weekend event. The 2021 Parade of Homes will run April 24-25 and May 1-2. Homes will be open daily between 12 and 5 p.m.

The Mimosa in Leland
This single-family home in Brunswick Forest has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and measures 1,730 square feet. The Mimosa is an open floor plan that is primed for entertaining with a gourmet kitchen that overlooks the great room and dining room. The space has options for any season with a screen porch separated by four plan glass sliders and a patio, or a cozy fireplace in the great room. This Legacy Homes by Bill Clark parade home allows you to enjoy it all from a private 1 1/2-story home with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The Cypress is a spacious, open floor plan with a combined kitchen, dining area, and great room. There is a lot of flexible space built-in as well with a formal study with French doors on the first floor as well as a recreation room, bedroom, and unfinished storage on the second. The Gramercy in Leland
This Compass Pointe home has already sold but is still available for tours during the Parade of Homes. It is a two-bedroom, three-bathroom open floor plan that measures 2,257 square feet.
