Homeowner Appreciation Event: The Sanctuary at Sunset Beach

With the completion of our new Resort-Style Amenity Center in The Sanctuary at Sunset Beach, we wanted to celebrate by hosting a Homeowner Appreciation Party. This was our way of honoring the incredible homeowners who have contributed to the success of our communities in Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach over the past two decades.

Bill Clark Homes has been fortunate to build in Brunswick County for so many years, and two of our now completed flagship communities have become nationally recognized for those looking to relocate to our area. The Retreat at Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Ridge have welcomed hundreds of new residents, with some homeowners building two or three times with us over the years.

As we kick off our newest project at The Sanctuary at Sunset Beach, we wanted to celebrate the incredible people who have chosen our homes and created the communities that have helped set Bill Clark Homes apart. Not even a torrential rainstorm could keep everyone away from good food and fellowship. It was wonderful to watch the interactions between not only neighbors but good friends. Listening to stories of how each client found their community and home was a testament to our goal of helping each client find their dream home.

To kick off the celebration, Cary Cart Company provided golf carts for our parking shuttle service, offered test drives, and a Bill Clark Homes Homeowner discount to purchase them, as The Sanctuary is a very golf-cart-friendly community. One of our preferred lenders, Heath Altman, even offered his driving service for homeowners when the rain started!

With generous contributions from the Clark Family, our lenders Erin Pierce with One Presidential Mortgage, and Heath Altman with Alpha Mortgage, we were able to provide fun gifts and prizes for our homeowners to win as a token of our appreciation for their support.

A special shout-out to Maggie at Coastal Confetti for crafting personalized cookies for the event, which were a big hit!

It was heartwarming to see so many neighbors who have truly become friends. We hope to continue bringing people together in our local communities for years to come. We are excited to see what the future holds for The Sanctuary!
