On August 13th, we had the pleasure of hosting our Realtor Preview Event in our newest community, Osprey Landing in Southport, NC. What a fantastic event it turned out to be! After having to reschedule due to a tropical storm, we were thrilled to see so many realtors still able to join us.

After recently completing and staging our new model homes in Osprey Landing, we were excited to host an event where our local realtors could come see our new community and all it has to offer. As a New Home Builder, we deeply value our Realtor community and recognize the crucial role they play in our success. 

It was wonderful to see so many Realtors touring our model homes, learning more about Osprey Landing, and enjoying lunch in great company. The event was catered by Live Oak on Howe, and let me tell you, it was incredible! The food was so delicious we had guests raving about it during their visit. Being able to experience the community and the friendships that have been built between our local Realtors and our Bill Clark Homes Sales & Build Team showcased one of the many reasons we've seen such success in the area over the years.

Amber, our New Home Sales Consultant, and Madison, our New Home Sales Assistant, are based in The Ashton model home at Osprey Landing and are always ready to assist you with anything of your new home needs.
