Legacy Homes by Bill Clark will proudly feature three homes in the Wilmington-Cape Fear 2020 Parade of Homes. The Parade is November 7-8 and 14-15 from 12-5 pm. Come by our homes and see three of our most popular floorplans in person.

The Wells

Visit The Wells in The Lakes section of Brunswick Forest at 8110 Manassas Lake Lane, Leland NC 28451. This popular floorplan just won a Diamond Award at the Brunswick County Parade of Homes in October!
