We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Online Sales Consultant to join our team at Bill Clark Homes. As an Online Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with potential homebuyers through digital channels, guiding them through the home-buying process, and providing excellent customer service. 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all sales phone calls, emails, web inquiries, etc., and direct pre-qualified leads to the appropriate on-site New Home Sales Consultant.
  • Qualify leads to set up their initial appointment with the appropriate on-site New Home Sales Consultant.
  • Utilize lead management software (CRM) to manage and nurture leads and realtors through a series of follow-ups to maintain continuous engagement and uncover incremental sales.
  • Utilize strong prospecting skills to work all leads until they are ready to move to the next phase of the sales process.
  • Engage proactively with online inquiries, leads, and prospects through various digital platforms, including email, CRM, social media, and phone calls.
  • Initiate and maintain email drip/nurture campaigns using our CRM platform
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our communities, home plans, features, pricing, and available homes and homesites to prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with potential homebuyers, understanding their preferences, needs, and priorities to tailor the best home options.
  • Use our website to showcase our homes and communities, ensuring remote clients a seamless and informative experience.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to active leads in our CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all online platforms.
  • Assist clients in navigating the entire home buying process, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed at each stage.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Reach out to current customers and realtors and inform them of grand openings, sales events, realtor events, model releases, etc.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Hubspot CRM experience is a plus.
  • New Home Sales, New Home Online Sales, or Real Estate experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, online sales, digital marketing, or customer service.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in using virtual communication tools and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and build relationships remotely.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.

  • General computer knowledge is necessary as online portal updates are required
  • Pay based on experience
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Required: 5 years of home remodeling/construction experience/trim carpentry

  • Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
  • Knowledge of woods and their uses and adaptability
  • Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work with trades to ensure timely and professional results
  • Self-motivated and hands-on attitude
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of home remodeling/construction experience

We are seeking a qualified, self-motivated Marketing Assistant / Coordinator to join our team at Bill Clark Homes. As a Marketing Assistant / Coordinator, you will work directly with our Marketing Director and Sales Team to build on the momentum of a well established organization, assist with the enhancement of brand identity & awareness, and execute any new initiatives aligned with the company goals.  The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing avenues, including social media, branding, communications, advertising, and events.  

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
  • Support the marketing director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendar
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
  • Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing list
  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
  • Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience using data analytics software for research
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or customer relationship management (CRM) tools preferred
  • Working knowledge of design and email software preferred
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting preferred
